📏 Sizing Changes

If you need to change the size on your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase.

• Subject line must include: "SIZE CHANGE - Order #[Your Order Number]"

• We typically cut fabric the next business day after a drop to send to our seamstresses, so changes must be requested quickly.

❌ Cancellations

We get to work fast! If your order has not been cut, we’re happy to cancel at no charge.
If your order has already been cut, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover time and materials.

🔁 Exchanges (Clothing Only)

We accept exchanges on clothing items only—headwear, fabric, and sizing boards are excluded.

• Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resale condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• If your item is no longer in stock, we’ll issue shop credit instead.

• Replacements are processed as new orders and follow standard processing times.

📦 No exchanges or returns on:

• Fabric

• Headwraps or Headwrap Sizing Boards

• Clearance or Ready-to-Ship Items

⚠️ Headwrap Size Board Policy

Our boards are precisely cut to the exact measurements we use in our shop after countless hours of testing.
For this reason, we do not accept returns on headwrap size boards.

• Cancellations are only accepted before shipment.

• Replacements will be handled case-by-case depending on the issue.

📬 Lost Packages

Items lost in transit will be reviewed case-by-case.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for resolution as packages often show up late.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives with an issue or defect:

2. Include photos and a detailed description

3. Send within 24–48 hours of delivery so we can make it right

🔄 Inventory & Fabric Availability

Since all items are made to order, our inventory system is based on fabric stock, not pre-made items.

While we do our best to track fabric availability, there’s a small chance of overselling. If that happens, we’ll contact you with options:

• Full refund

• Help selecting a similar item

• Option to wait for a fabric restock (if available)
