FORGOT SIZING OR NEED TO CHANGE SIZING:
You must email us with SIZE CHANGE & Order # in subject line within 24h of purchase as we now cut all orders out typically next day after drop to send to our seamstresses.
Due to how quickly orders can be pulled and cut we can only cancel your order if it hasn't been cut yet. If your order has been cut by our team already, then we will charge a 20% restocking fee to cancel the order.
Recaptured Values does not generally accept returns on fabric but we have stellar customer service! If anything is wrong with your order, please email us at email@example.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges (FOR CLOTHING ONLY/FABRIC NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE)
Recaptured Values accepts exchanges on all products, besides head wear & headwrap size boards (see next paragraph). Customer is responsible for shipping the item back within 14 days of receiving. We reserve the right to deny your return if it is passed the 14 days, the item is used, or can not be re sold.
HEADWRAP BOARD DISCLAIMER: OUR BOARDS ARE CUT TO THE EXACT MEASUREMENTS THAT WE USE IN OUR SHOP, WE HAVE DONE THE COUNTLESS HOURS OF WORK TO GET THESE BOARDS SIZED PERFECTLY.... YOU ARE NOT ONLY PURCHASING WOODEN BOARDS BUT BOARDS THAT ARE CUT TO OUR PRECISE MEASUREMENTS THEREFORE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THESE BOARDS. WE WILL ONLY CANCEL/REFUND BOARD ORDERS NOT YET SHIPPED OR REPLACE BOARDS UPON CASE BY CASE BASIS DEPENDENT ON THE CIRCUMSTANCE.
Items lost in the mail will be handled on a case-by-case basis. A wait-time of up to 2-4 weeks is needed to see if the item will show up before providing new items.
All clearance items and items listed in our READY TO SHIP Category are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged as they are typically nearly out of stock or limited.
If an item needs to be exchanged but it is sold out, shop credit will be given. Replacement orders are processed as new orders and will be subject to our standard processing time.
If there is a defect or issue with an order - please contact via email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture and detailed description of the problem within 24-48 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.
Because every item is made to order the way we keep track of inventory is by fabric rather than per item. We do our best to keep a close eye and underestimate the available stock so that we never oversell, however, it is possible for us to make a mistake and oversell at times. If this should happen we will contact you with you options including but not limited to: a full refund, assisting you in finding or creating a similar item, or see if that fabric is available for re-order and giving you the option of waiting a little longer if available for re-order.
