Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Our standard processing time for our handmade clothing is up to 15 business days (weekends and holidays not included), as most items are handmade or made-to-order. Shipping typically adds an additional 3–5 business days (domestic) depending on your location.

Q: Can I rush my order or get it faster?
A: We currently do not offer rush processing, but feel free to message us before ordering to check availability. For time-sensitive orders, we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Handmade clothing ships from the U.S., while print-on-demand items may ship from our trusted production partners across the U.S. or internationally depending on the item.

Q: Are your clothes truly modest?
A: Yes! Our designs are intentionally modest and inspired by biblical values. We focus on longer lengths, higher necklines, looser fits, and family-appropriate styles that still feel modern and flattering.

Q: What sizes do you offer?
A: Most garments come in 0-3m up to 3X (select items may vary). We always include a size chart in the listing. If you need sizing help or custom measurements, just message us!

Q: What’s the difference between handmade and POD (print-on-demand) items?
A: Handmade items are sewn in-house with love using high-quality fabrics. POD items are professionally printed and shipped directly to you from our production partners. Both reflect our faith-first mission and high-quality standards.

Q: How should I care for my clothing?
A: For handmade items: machine wash cold, gentle cycle, hang dry or tumble on low. For POD shirts: turn inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low. Following these tips keeps your pieces looking their best!

Q: Will the print or design fade?
A: Our POD designs are professionally printed using high-quality inks. With proper care, fading is minimal. Handmade items with vinyl or heat transfers should be washed inside out and line dried.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because many items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns at this time. If there's an issue with sizing or a defect, please reach out within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
A: Please send us photos and a message right away. We’ll respond quickly to resolve the issue, whether it’s a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we’ve likely begun processing your items.
